Duane Swierczynski

Duane Swierczynski(1972- )
Duane Swierczynski was born and raised in Frankford, Pennsylvania. He and his brother Gregg were named for the Allman Brothers. In addition to crime novels and mysteries, Swierczynski writes for Marvel Comics. He has written stories for The Punisher, Cable, The Moon Knight, Deadpool and Bloodshot. In 2011 he began writing for the revived Birds of Prey. He has named his son Parker in honor of Peter Parker, of Spiderman fame.
