Silksinger by Laini Taylor

I was enjoying one of my favorite pastimes; browsing the virtual bookshelves of Amazon.com, and ran across Dreamdark:Blackbringer, but, for some reason I didn’t realize it was a series(you’d think Amazon would do a better job of letting their customers know books are in a series). It doesn’t look like my normal choice of reads, but it caught my interest and the what I read of the sample is impressive writing.
